The big day is finally here for Matt. After a 10 year journey that saw Matt race a go-kart at 5 years old will see him strap into a 358 sprintcar at age 15 this Sunday, Fathersday !
Matt will enter his first sprintcar race this Sunday , 6/16/13, at Susquehanna Speedway in Newberry, PA. For the past 6 weeks Matt has been getting in some practice laps ( in between all the rain ) on Wednesday nights. Myself (dad) and Matt's mentor, Adrian Shaffer, feel the time is now to start seeing "live" race action. I would also like to take a moment to say Thank You ! to Adrian Shaffer, Timmy Pierce and Teddy Volz for all the help at the track with the racecar. Hope to see Matt's fans at the races !!!
